Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book you?

I recommend looking into booking a photographer 12-18 months in advance to ensure I am available. This will be a big ticket item, ticked off your list. It will also give us time to fit in your engagement shoot which is included in each package.

Will you travel to our wedding?

I am based in West Yorkshire and cover the surrounding areas (Yorkshire and Lancashire) at no further cost. I can extend this to different regions or intimate elopements, expenses to travel may be included and can be discussed during your wedding discovery call with me.

Are you insured? Do you have back up options?

I have both professional indemnity and public liability insurance - I can provide both certificates to any venues directly, should they require them. I also shoot on two cameras, both with two cards in. This ensures each photo is backed up. I store these securely on two hard drives and will have these to hand for 12 months after delivery. I recommend that you download your final gallery onto your own storage device after these have been uploaded.

How do we receive our photos?

Your photos will be made available on an online gallery which enables you to download both the original high resolution copy, and/or a web size version for your social media. The photos will be made available within 12 weeks of your special day and will remain available for 12 month once uploaded.

what is the album credit?

When booking The Archive, you will receive a £200 voucher which can be used towards creating a fine art album via Folio. When the full gallery is uploaded, I will send you an order form to begin the album curation process. You will then be able to select your favourite photos from your final gallery and I will create the album for you. Prior to completing the order, I will ask that you check the final version to make sure you love it first!

do you have the option for a second photographer?

Perfect for those couples who are getting ready at different venues or for those who want more candids of your guests. I can request assistance from a second photographer for an additional £300. The photos will all be edited to my signature true-to-life style and delivered alongside the photographs I also take.

Can we order prints?

Once your photos have been delivered onto your online gallery, there is the option to purchase prints through the 'Store' option. Printing through this method, ensures that the print truly reflects the edit. Printing via external third parties can yield disappointing results due to colour inconsistencies.

How do we book?

I am so honoured that you want to work with me on your special day! To book, please view my live availability here.

Please select your wedding date on the calendar and I will be in touch to confirm and arrange a discovery call to secure the date.

No date is secured until both retainer fee (£200) and contract is signed and returned.
